Not less than four (4) Patrons shall sit on the Board of Patrons. Industry icons with a formidable track record as professionals and currently spearheading entrepreneurial ventures constitute the select group of patrons at Hotel GM’s Guild-India.
Boards of Patrons will be a advisory Body to the HGMG India on Matters of Governance of the association.
Patrons will mentor Individual members who seek their guidance on self development and leader ship insights.
Board of patrons will formulate a list of policy guidelines and strategic inputs to this central and state governments with regard to amendments or formulation of new rules and regulation for the Hospitality industry.
Members of the board of patrons would respond to specific queries of guidance sought by HGMG members

A thought Leaders of the industry Board of Patrons are welcome to share insights from time to time on topical issues and future trends.
Domain specialists among the Board of Patrons may blog on industry concerns with regard to operations or other areas in the HGMG-INDIA Website, Facebook, Linkedin , Instagram and Twitter.
The role of the Patrons is to be a Mentor, Coach, Guide, Facilitator to the Management Committees of the Hotel GMs Guild-India.
Hotel GMs Guild – India will be represented by the National Management Committee and Regional Management Committees.
There shall be five regional chapters covering North, South, Central, West & East.

Hyderabad for Central – Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh,
Mumbai for West – Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa, Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
Kolkata for East – West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura.
NMC is the apex committee of the HGMG.
NMC is vested with executive powers as specified in the charter.
National President – will be elected / nominated unanimously by the Executive Committee members of Regional Chapters of Hotels GMs Guild – India. The Tenure will be for Two Years.
National Secretary / Treasurer/3 MC members will be Nominated by the NMC President.
Five chapters –North, South, Central, Western, Eastern Regions.
The membership of each region will nominate unanimously the Office Bearers and Committee Members.

The name the “Hotel General Managers Guild- India”, the logo, and all official designs are solely controlled and for exclusive use of HGMG only.
The Chair and the board of patrons will represent and safeguard the HGMG-India Charter. Board is vested with the powers to intervene if required to course correct any deviation or non compliance from the charter principles.
The Founder Patron will be the National coordinator and facilitator on behalf of the board with the NMC and RMCs of HGMG India.
The National president and the ExComm of the National Management Committee are tasked with the responsibility of customizing the charter principles.
